A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has filed a payout complaint with SBR.
The player has stated that his account holds €320 which he originally requested to be paid May 24.
He was asked to provide personally identifying documents which he claims to have supplied in the past; so he obliged the latest request but has told SBR that he has yet to be paid.
BetMotion, a Curacao based bookmaker, has had few complaints in the last few years and had recently earned an upgrade to the mark of C+. However, the upgrade is subject to change based on this outcome of this complaint.
The online sports betting website will have to show there is reason to delay the withdrawal, for example if they are presently investigating the account or have reason to believe fraud has been committed. But as of this time, the player claims to be in the dark and in compliance with every BetMotion request.
