BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) addressed the payout complaint reported by a player on November 17.
A player claimed that a payout request made on November 1 via eWallet was yet to be processed.
BetMotion has said that the withdrawal is being analyzed by the relevant department, but has shared nothing further. SBR has suggested the player call BetMotion and ask if it would help to have any of his documents certified or sent via ground mail.
BetMotion players in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
