A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has filed a complaint.
The player requested payment on June 4 and was expecting to be paid within three days — the time-frame advertised by BetMotion on their website.
However, the funds have yet to be received and the player has received no new information.
The player shared a generic email that he received from BetMotion concerning the status of his withdrawal: "We would like to inform that your withdrawal payment has already been confirmed but is still under payment process we apologize for taking longer than expected, as soon as we have any new information about your case we will contact you via e-mail."
Sportsbook Review has asked BetMotion for comment. Players in need of assistance receiving winnings from the online sports betting site should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
