A BetMotion (SBR rating C+) player has filed a sportsbook complaint.
The player has claimed that he has a balance of $3,400 in his account that he is unable to access as his account was frozen by the online sportsbook.
He has reportedly provided BetMotion with his ID and a selfie holding his documents, and stated that prior to his account being disabled he was fully verified with the sportsbook's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
