A BetGun Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player asked for a withdrawal of €522.92 on November 1. He has yet to receive his funds or receive acknowledgement on the payout request.
He has claimed that since asking to be paid, BetGun Sportsbook has stopped responding to his email inquiries.
Sportsbook Review has escalated the BetGun complaint to a manager.
A payout complaint was launched against BetGun in September, though the player has yet to confirm receiving payment from the online sports betting website.
The online sportsbook was added to the rating guide at D+ in September of 2006. Online sportsbooks rated in the D range historically take longer to process player withdrawals than well-rated shops.
