A BetCruise Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player reported that he requested a withdrawal of €2,516 from the sportsbook on July 6.
He submitted his ID documents and had them approved on that date, but his payout request was voided due to a reported error in the system.
SBR reported on a €4,550 BetCruise payout complaint on July 18. That case is also outstanding.
