The BetAtHome player reportedly opened his account on April 21. On May 6, he made his first successful payout request for 2,500 BGN ($1,674) and received these funds the next day. His request dated June 14 has yet to be applied.
BetAtHome customer service representatives have not provided the player with reason for the delay. He has already provided the sportsbook with ID.
