SBR has followed up with the player and asked him to confirm receiving payment from Bet33.
As SBR reported, Bet33 maintains its low sportsbook rating as it is part of the RDG Corp./AmericasBookie family. The sportsbook was founded with the stolen funds of Apex Sportsbook players. Apex closed without paying players back in 2004, before Bet33 owner Robbie found success in subsequent ventures.
SBR has helped forward complaints from players that were stiffed by Apex. On May 16th, SBR reported that an Apex Sportsbook player was paid $1,814 after six years. A $3,000 payment was made by Bet33 in 2009 to another stiffed player.
