The player reported that a €1,300 payout requested September of 2014 has yet to be paid. The player has stated that access to his account has been blocked and that Bet2Be has provided no follow-up information.
The complaint is one of many that highlight a common theme: Bet2Be customer service and payout speed are consistently poor, according to many players.
