A player having a problem with online sportsbook BaltBet (unrated) has filed a complaint.
The player has claimed that his account access was suspended and that he holds a $950 balance (65,000 Rubles) with the online sportsbook.
His transactions to BaltBet were made using WebMoney.
The player provided the D requested to satisfy the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. The documents provided included taking a photograph of himself holding his ID.
He reported that he was told that a "trial" was being conducted by BaltBet, whose default website language is Russian.
He has yet to be paid his $950 balance and last had correspondence with the sportsbook in April.
Sportsbook Review has followed up on the complaint with the online sportsbook. A similar and unresolved issue was reported by SBR in June. A player's account was suspended with a $2,150 balance.
