Sportsbook Review has received a betting complaint from a player of BaltBet (unrated).
This is the first complaint officially recorded against the Curacao e-licensed sports betting website. BaltBet operates under BaltSport NV in Curacao.
A player has claimed that his account has been suspended with approximately $2,150 for going on a year. He has claimed to provided all of his ID documents, including a copy of his passport, utility bill, and paper showing his account number and other details.
The player has stated that he believes BaltBet is refusing to pay his balance for no good reason. Further, he has attempted to connect with the sportsbook via telephone but has claimed that no representative has been able to speak with him.
The player expands on his complaint below:
BaltBet Sportsbook Player: "My account has been suspended for almost a year (since July 2014). To your account more than 117,000 rubles (about 2,150 dollars). Bookmaker blocked account without any justification on the check account. At their request, I sent copies of the documents, passport photos and paper (they have such a rule). Next, a bookie in the correspondence have a phone number, which I should call. However, there do not take the phone ever, and chatting constantly meet the phrase "tried to call." The whole story lasted almost a year, the bookmaker refuses to pay money for no reason. Help me please. Thank you "
