Apex Sportsbook player receives funds after six years

profile

After collapsing as Apex, the owner and CEO of Apex Sportsbook Robbie McPhail launched a new sportsbook, "Bet33". Bet33 was financed with stolen players funds. SBR initiated Bet33 with a rating of F.

Four years passed and Bet33's few players reported being paid. When the assessment was made that players weren't in immediate danger of having their funds stolen, SBR bumped up Bet33 to D-.

Bet33 realized that in order to be removed from the SBR scam sportsbook blacklist that it would have to return Apex Sportsbook players funds.

SBR presented Apex with each player claim, and to date, all four of those players have received cash payments totaling $6,529. The last player received 50% in cash, agreeing to play through the rest at Bet33 with a 7X rollover.

In light of Apex' efforts to return players funds, the Bet33 brand has been upgraded from D- to D+. Apex Sportsbook has been adjusted from F to D.

Players in need of sportsbook assistance with Apex, or all other sportsbooks, are asked to fill out a sportsbook complaint form.
