An AllStarBet player has reported that he has been owed €501.33 since October 20.
He has fully passed the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure of the betting site after submitting all relevant documents. The process of passing KYC was an arduous one according to the player; he was asked to submit a utility bill, bank statement, medical and loan agreement, among other seemingly random pieces of information before having his payout request approved.
He was told that he would be paid by bank transfer in seven days, but that time-frame has come and gone.
The pending withdrawal is for €901.33.
AllStarBet has not replied to any of the player’s recent inquiries concerning his payout, and has not commented to Sportsbook Review on the complaint.
The sportsbook has ceased accepting new player registrations on their website. The “register” page produces a blank white page; SBR has tested on multiple devices and platforms.
Unless an invite-only business model is planned or made public, a sportsbook suddenly stopping accepting new registrations often spells trouble. Globet Sportsbook and Canbet are two high-profile examples of online sportsbooks that ran themselves into the ground and stopped accepting player deposits before going off-line for good.
AllStarBet is powered by the same company which runs Joinbet, Goalbet, Middlebet, ArenaBet, and other sites, all which continue to accept player registrations.
