The Minnesota Timberwolves host the Memphis Grizzlies (-1.5) at Target Center for Game 6 of their first-round series Friday, and Minnesota center Karl-Anthony Towns has a handful of player props at various sportsbooks for bettors to consider.

Memphis leads the series 3-2, and the Grizzlies are both a slight road favorite to win Game 6, and they’re listed at -620 to win the first-round matchup over Minnesota at FanDuel Sportsbook.

It’s also worth noting Towns is +21000 to win the NBA Finals MVP at the book.

With the TImberwolves on the ropes, they’ll need another strong showing from Towns. The 26-year-old center has averaged 30.5 points, 13.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 4.0 three-pointers through the past two games.

He posted an average of 24.6 points, 9.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.0 three-pointers through 74 regular-season games.

Here’s a quick peek at Towns' player prop totals at DraftKings, FanDuel and Caesars Sportsbooks.

The prop totals are consistent across all three sportsbooks, and there isn’t a lot of disparity between the lines, either. FanDuel paying plus-money on Towns’ assist prop is currently the only notable difference.

Additionally, after going 8-for-12 from beyond the arc the past two games, Towns’ three-pointer props have a heavy vig with a 1.5 total. For what it’s worth, he shot 41.0% and attempted 4.9 three-point shots during the regular season.

It almost seems like cherry-picking for the bookmakers to hang the 1.5 three-point prop total and then charge huge juice on the over, doesn’t it? Make sure to keep an eye on our Live Odds page throughout the week to get the best lines possible and connect with others in the SBR community on our popular sports betting forum.
