The NFC East is arguably the most competitive division in the conference with both the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles in the running to win based on the odds. Additionally, the Washington Commanders and New York Giants both made notable offseason additions.

Here are the division odds at CaesarsDraftKings and FanDuel Sportsbooks followed by a burning question for each team in the NFC East.

Dallas Cowboys

America’s Team is loaded with talent on both sides of the ball and cakewalked to a 12-5 record and division title last season. Quarterback Dak Prescott and the offense garnered ample praise, but it was probably the defense that did the heavy lifting en route to leading the NFL in turnovers.

Does the talent translate to more than hype and eventual postseason heartbreak in the upcoming season?

Philadelphia Eagles

General manager Howie Roseman revamped the Eagles with one of the better offseason personnel turnovers in the NFL. On paper, Philadelphia looks improved on both sides of the ball, which is especially encouraging for third-year quarterback Jalen Hurts. Don’t sleep on the upgrades on defense, either.

While a potentially big ask, if everything goes to plan, are the Eagles legitimate conference contenders?

Washington Commanders

Let’s face it, the Commanders are a slew of burning questions.

Is Carson Wentz actually an upgrade at quarterback?

Will Chase Young return from his torn ACL injury and become a game-changing pass rusher again?

Would you be surprised if the Commanders finished last in the division?

New York Giants

The G-Men haven’t made the playoffs since 2016 or won a postseason game since winning Super Bowl XLVI in 2012, so low expectations for 2022 are warranted. Still, bringing in former Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll as head coach should prove to be a step in the right direction, as is adding offensive line help through free agency.

Can Daboll revitalize the offense and coach Jones up to take advantage of his athleticism?
