Casineto reviews complaint list


Casineto (SBR rating D-) has stated that 12 players that filed slowpay complaints with SBR have been paid for a combined $3,538;the earliest payout was requested September 6th of 2009. Casineto has claimed the other 18 players on the list would receive payment but did not specify a timeline. The oldest payment request was made on June of 2009 for $500. In total Casineto still has a reported $13,198 in player debt.

A BetDOS (SBR rating D+) complaint has been filed. On March 5th a player deposited €460 to his BetDOS account via Moneybookers. The amount credited to the player was instead $460, subsequent emails to BetDOS requesting the currency to be corrected have went unanswered. SBR is investigating.

Casineto management to address outstanding slowpay complaints


Casineto (SBR rating D-) has stated that a player who requested payment of $1,000 in January has been paid. Casineto also inquired on how to improve its mark of D- at SBR; the list of thirty slowpay complaints dating back to June of 2009 was again supplied to Casineto for review. Players have reported being owed $17,321 in total. SBR will update this report as Casineto addresses the outstanding complaints.

BetSportsWeb slowpay complaint


A BetSportsWeb (SBR rating D+) slowpay complaint has been filed. In mid-January, a player's account was suspended by BetSportsWeb. The balance held $7500. The player received a $2400 payment via book-to-book transfer. The remaining $5100 has yet to be paid. No indication has been given to the player when the remainder of his balance will be paid. SBR is investigating.

Oddsmaker slowpay complaint


An Oddsmaker (SBR rating D-) slowpay complaint has been filed. A player requested a $620 payout on January 28th and has yet to receive payment. SBR will contact Oddsmaker to inquire on the payment status.

Dimeline bonus dispute update


On 3/3 SBR reported an update to the 3/2 Dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) complaint. Dimeline has since retracted their statements that the player received double his signup bonus in error. Dimeline attributes supplying erroneous information due to a mixup in accounts. Both sides agree that rollover has not been completed, however, the player disagrees that Dimeline had a posted rule on completing rollover within 3 months at the time of his deposit in January of 2009. The dispute will remain open until SBR can verify when the rule came into effect via page indexing, which may take up to a year.

BetOnline247 refunds player deposit; claims ownership change pending


On December 3rd, a BetOnline247 (unrated) player requested a withdrawal of $800. BetOnline247 paid only $72, which was the amount of the player's deposit. In ensuing discussion with the player, BetOnline247 claimed to be in the process of an ownership change and that all players were refunded deposits but would be paid in full. | BetOnline247 forum discussion

Bet911 canceled bet update


Bet911 (SBR rating C-) has decided to honor the players wager from SBR's March 2nd report. Although Bet911 canceled the bet between Roda JC and Hercales minutes before the game began, after internal review it was realized that the line of +115 was not bad but instead a fair market number which later moved. Bet911 was late in reacting to the market change and has thus decided to credit the player the winnings for the play.

Mansion88 closes player account and refunds deposit


Mansion88 (unrated) has closed a players account which held a $1284 balance. Mansion88's security department flagged the player for allegedly having multiple accounts registered on one IP address. The player states that his internet service provider assigns dynamic IP addresses which may explain why other users within the same area are linked to that IP. Mansion refunded the players $500 deposit. SBR is investigating the complaint.

Casineto slowpay complaints remain outstanding


Casineto (SBR rating D-) slowpay complaints remain outstanding. SBR has received 40 total complaints in the last six months from Casineto players, 30 of which are outstanding. A Casineto player wrote in today to update that his situation has not changed. The player requested $1000 on December 29th of 2009. Casinetos player debt stands at €17,321.

Stryyke update


Stryyke (SBR rating D) has reported the payment of four players. SBR has written the players to confirm. The players requested their payouts from August 5th to December 10th of 2009. €2200 was paid to the players collectively. Nine players remain owed €11,443. Stryyke has claimed  that three of the players have had payouts rejected due to fraud. SBR is inquiring with Stryyke on the allegations.

WagerHub complaint reported


A WagerHub (SBR rating D-) complaint has been filed. The player in question was the subject of SBR's 2/1 and 2/2 report, which chronicled WagerHub freezing the player's account balance which held $8200 due to "nonrecreational play". No rules were violated, yet WagerHub informed the player his $500 deposit would be refunded and winnings nullified. On 2/2 SBR reported that WagerHub agreed to pay the player in full.

WagerHub sent two payments to the player, for $2500 and $2000. After the player confirmed receiving $4500 toward his balance, WagerHub stated that over 40 IP addresses resolving to Canada were linked to the bettors account, and that he would not be paid the remainder of his winnings. The player does not reside in Canada. The player denies ever releasing his account details to any other person, and requested that WagerHub supply a list of the IP addresses associated with his account. The player then concluded that bets placed on his mobile phone were being linked to Canada. He states that after speaking to his cellular provider's technical department it was explained that his mobile phone carriers main server is located in Canada, and due to his geographic proximity his assigned IP is Canadian. SBR is investigating the complaint.

Dimeline Sportsbook: botched bonus update


Dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) addresses bonus complaint SBR reported on March 2nd. On January 5th 2009 a player deposited €2000 in exchange for a €2000 cash bonus with an 8X rollover. The bonus was double credited resulting in the players balance increasing by an extra €4000 in bonus money. The player slowly wagered €20,182 toward his rollover throughout baseball season. On January 1st of 2010 Dimeline removed €4505 in bonus money from the account, leaving the player with his original deposit. Dimeline discovered the crediting error when the player requested Moneybookers payment, additionally, the player was nine months past Dimeline's posted rule on rollover completion time. The rule is stated as follows:


Rollover is calculated on the lower of the risk or win. Rollover must be completed within 90 days. If a player fails to meet the rollover the real money bonus amount will be converted into free money and a rollover is no longer required.

At the time of the adjustment, Dimeline states the player was down $1200. Dimeline has offered to refund the players €2000 deposit in full, noting that any proration of bonus play would leave the player with a significantly less return.


Latest troubled Malta sportsbook appears to be offline


BetAfterBet (SBR rating D-) is currently offline. The sportsbook has accumulated over 50 slowpay complaints for over €40,000 in player funds. The last reported payment by a BetAfterBet player was November 28th of 2009. BetAfterBet's only listed telephone number is "123-456-789", which is a phony line. BetAfterBet has not replied to SBR inquiries.


A Stryyke (SBR rating D) player has reported payment of €550. The player requested his payment on February 8th. Stryyke has been inconsistent in paying some players before others, blaming the lengthy delays both on the size of their staff and the 'KCY' procedure, a process whereby Stryyke verifies the identity of the account holder. Such a process typically takes one to two business days at most sportsbooks.

Four new Stryyke slowpay complaints have been filed which were requested from April 15th to June of 2009. The players requested €1000, €1770.48, €500, and €3788 respectively. The new complaints bring Stryyke's total owed figure to players up to €13,393.13 with the earliest payment request made on April 15th 2009. SBR will update this report as more players report payment or more slowpay reports are received. Players that have not yet done so are invited to write to SBR for assistance by submitting a sportsbook complaint form.

Bet911 cancels soccer bet citing bad line


On February 19th a Bet911 (SBR rating C-) player wagered on a Holland soccer match between Eredivisie Roda JC and Hercales. The player bet on Roda JC at +115. Seven minutes prior to the game beginning, Bet911 canceled the play. SBR has confirmed that other betting websites, including BetCris (SBR rating A+) opened at +115 before closing at -110. While the wager was voided before the game and cannot be settled, SBR will still speak to Bet911 on the case as they should not penalize players for their oddsmaker being slow to update their offerings - when the line was posted at Bet911 it was inline with the rest of the market.

Dimeline Sportsbook bonus complaint


A Dimeline (SBR rating D) bonus complaint has been received. On January 5th of 2009 a player deposited €2000 and received a 100% bonus with an 8X rollover. After slowly clearing €20,182 in rollover, the player logged into his account on January 1st of 2010 and discovered that €4505 was deducted from his gaming account. Dimeline allegedly informed the player the adjustment was made due to the rollover not being filled within one year. The player points out that he still had four days remaining to complete rollover, but raises the point that Dimeline's one year rule was not yet instituted at the time of his deposit. SBR will confirm when the rollover rule came into effect and update this report after speaking with Dimeline management.

BetDOS slowpay


A BetDOS (SBR rating D+) player reports being slow paid €1382 for two months.  In the last month SBR has reported three slowpay complaints levied against BetDOS. In total six players are owed €6790 with the earliest payment request made on December 10th.

New Stryyke slowpay reported


A new Stryyke (SBR rating D) slowpay has been reported. On September 25th a player requested a €500 withdrawal. The funds were never received. The player has a balance of €6788 with Stryyke. After not receiving his payment requested on September 25th, the player alleges that a member of Stryyke's management team offered to set him up on a weekly payment plan. As of February 28th, the €500 withdrawal remains pending. SBR will follow up with Stryyke management on the case. This marks the 9th outstanding slowpay complaint against Stryyke for a total of €6884.85 in funds owed.  This is the earliest reported payment request on file, the other slowpays recorded were payments requested after November 2nd.

Pinnacle Sportsbook (SBR rating A+) came back online shortly at 1:45AM ET. A major power outage in the Curacao hosting facility caused Pinnacle's downtime Friday.
