Lay104 player confirms payment


The Lay104 (SBR rating D) player from SBR's 11/12 report has confirmed payment. The player had asked for a $6,000 check on November 2nd. He received checks on November 12th and November 18th, paying him in full. Lay104 had not updated the player for three days on the status of his payout request, citing time spent assisting with charity endeavors for "victims of the mudslide" that occured near the compan's land-based casino. Lay104 is a sister-book to BetFirstClass (SBR rating D).

WSEX Update: $171,253 owed to players


WSEX (SBR rating D) update. A player reports requesting a $416 check on August 10th, and not receiving his funds as of November 19th. WSEX has not provided SBR with any updates since November 1st, and is currently slow-paying 21 players a total of $171,253.

BetUS bonus dispute reaches SBR mailbox


A BetUS (SBR rating D+) bonus dispute has been filed. A player deposited $5000 to BetUS in September, receiving a $2500 freeplay bonus that carried a $65,000 rollover. The player won approximately $2500 with his freeplays. After the player completed more than 60% of his wagering requirement, he states that BetUS closed his account and confiscated $2500, rather than pro-rating any of his bonus. SBR is following up on this dispute with BetUS.

Parlaymakers cancels $4,000 worth of player's teasers


A Parlaymakers (unrated) dispute has been reported. On November 11th, a player made five bets of $1000 on a 2-team 6-point teaser, taking Baltimore +7.5 and Indianapolis -1. Approximately ten minutes before the Baltimore game began on Thursday, Parlaymakers voided 4 of the wagers stating that its limits were $1000 per identical teaser. Parlaymakers has been unable to show a printed rule with this limit, the player has also denied seeing any warning of this kind. Parlaymakers stated that the teaser wagering page had the following warning when the player placed duplicate wagers: "Multiple Teaser wagers on the same teams with the same lines that exceed the wager limit for Teasers will not be allowed." SBR is discussing this dispute with Parlaymakers.

Unibet player reports that funds were seized


A Unibet (SBR rating B) player reports that he had €455 seized. On October 19th, Unibet closed his account and paid him €2682. His balance at the time was €3137. When the player asked about the missing €455, he was told that no customer service was currently available in Portugese. Unibet has not elaborated on the case to the player or SBR to date. On November 5th, SBR reported that Unibet seized $905 without providing a reason. As a result of Unibet's handling of accounts, Unibet was downgraded by SBR on November 3rd.

BetWay confiscates €130 from player citing multiple account violation


On November 4th, a BetWay (SBR rating D-) player deposited €40 and received a €20 bonus. After completed his rollover, he requested a withdrawal of his €130 balance. BetWay subsequently closed his account and seized his funds, accusing him of operating multiple accounts. As with other BetWay confiscations, no evidence was offered by BetWay to support its actions either to the player or SBR.

SportingBet voids player's winnings


On October 30th, a SportingBet (SBR rating D+) player placed three wagers on in-game soccer corners, winning €1500.  An hour after the game, SportingBet voided his winnings and told the player that his wagers were entered late. SportingBet offered no proof to the player, and is not communicating with SBR.

Stryyke Sportsbook still off-line


Stryyke Sportsbook (SBR rating F) is still off-line. The scam sportsbook went off-line on October 31st, shortly after having its gaming license revoked by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta. Stryyke players have now reported over €33,000 in unpaid winnings.

BetOnline247 player reports a €100 slow-pay


A BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) player reports a slow-pay. On October 8th, the player asked for a withdrawal of €100 by Moneybookers. BetOnline247 told him that the payout would take from 2-30 days to be completed. SBR is following up on the complaint.

QuickSilverSports payout complaint #8


QuickSilverSports (SBR rating C-) payout complaint. On September 12th, a player requested a $5000 withdrawal via Moneybookers and has yet to receive payment. This is the eighth outstanding complaint against QuickSilver. QuickSilver has not communicated with SBR regarding its financial issues. QuickSilver players have reported being slow-paid a total of €13,541, with the earliest withdrawal pending since July 15th.

WSEX Update: $170,853 owed to players


Two WSEX (SBR rating D) slow-pay complaints have been reported. Player 1 asked for a withdrawal of $565 on October 3rd, player 2 requested $1,700 on October 1st. WSEX's last payment was confirmed on November 4th by a player that received $3,000. WSEX has not provided SBR any payout updates since November 1st. Players in need of assistance with WSEX are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.

Betoto voids player's winnings without providing explanation


A Betoto (SBR rating C+) player reports that he had €341 voided. On 10/17, he deposited €400 and accepted a casino bonus. After fulfilling wagering requirements, he attempted to withdraw €741. On 10/21, the player realized his account had been closed. Betoto e-mailed the player stating that they would refund his €400 deposit; no explanation was given for the voided casino winnings. SBR is investigating this dispute.

WagerUnit offline with players funds


WagerUnit (SBR rating F) is offline. SBR spoke with the hosting company that provided WagerUnit with betting software, BTG Gaming, and learned that WagerUnit ceased providing payment for its hosting services and was subsequently disabled in mid-2010.

The manager behind WagerUnit has not taken the site back online under another platform to date. An SBRforum reader reports having a check for $850 bounce in December 2009. WagerUnit has been downgraded to F.

BetOnline247 player confirms payment


A second BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) player has confirmed payment. The player asked for a withdrawal of $2,500 by Moneybookers on October 2nd. He was paid on November 15th, two weeks past BetOnline247's payment window of 2-30 days. BetOnline247 players in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.

BetAtHome freezes player's account with $1820 balance


BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) complaint. On May 15th a player deposited $105 and received a $100 bonus. The player met the required rollover and increased his balance to $1820. In October, the player states that BetAtHome locked the account and refused to pay his balance. SBR is discussing this dispute with BetAtHome.

QuickSilverSports - players now owed €9,868


A seventh QuickSilverSports (SBR rating C-) payout complaint has been reported. On October 11th, a player requested €1000 via Moneybookers. He has been given only generic messages regarding his withdrawal status thus far. QuickSilver players have reported being owed a total of €9,868, with the earliest withdrawal pending since July 15th.

SportingBet player submits wagering complaint


SportingBet (SBR rating D+) wagering complaint. On October 16th, a player wagered €120 on a spanish handball match between Toledo and La Rioja. His wager was on La Rioja at -2 with odds of 1.85. When La Rioja won by exactly two, the wager should have been refunded as a push. SportingBet graded it as a loss. When the player contacted SportingBet about the incorrect betting, he states that he was told it was meant to be a 3-way market, even though it was listed and priced as a 2-way handicap. All other spanish handball markets were also listed and priced as 2-way handicaps. SBR has contacted SportingBet to discuss this dispute.


A Lay104 (SBR rating D) player reports a frustrating withdrawal experience. On November 2nd, he asked for a $6,000 check payout and was told to expect a tracking number by Thursday. After Thursday passed, the player states he was told to expect details on Friday. The player then states he called and e-mailed Lay104 for three days without being given an update. On November 9th, he submitted a sportsbook complaint with SBR.

On November 9th, Lay104 addressed the complaint. Ownership claimed that local charity endeavors for "victims of the mudslide" that occurred near where the company's land-based casino is hosted has consumed most of their time.

Lay104 is a sister site of the BetFirstClass Group (SBR rating D) and shares the same servers and database. Players with payout feedback or complaints are asked to write to SBR.

WSEX Update: $168,588 owed to players


WSEX (SBR rating D) is currently slow-paying $168,588 to 19 players. The last confirmed WSEX payout was reported on November 4th; a player was paid $3,000 from a February 3rd withdrawal request. SBR will update this report.

BalkanBet bonus dispute


Editor's note: BalkanBet is now operating as EFBet.

BalkanBet (SBR rating C-) bonus complaint. A player with a €1332, 30-day rollover requirement describes having 5 of 6 bets canceled by BalkanBet. The player has sent screenshots showing his wagers were in line with the market average at the time. On 10/23, SBR reported that BalkanBet limited a player to €5 despite having a 60-day, €1200 rollover requirement.

BetOnline247 player reports payment


A BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) player has reported payment. On September 30th he asked for a withdrawal of €1018.50. BetOnline247 is currently slow-paying 5 players a total of €2,116.31. Group: casino dispute update


On October 25th, SBR reported that (SBR rating D-) of the Sportsbook.Com Group voided a player's casino winnings. In this dispute, the player stated that he deposited $1,000 into Iwager's casino and received a $250 bonus. After meeting the bonus terms, his balance was $4,000. According to the player, Iwager forfeited the winnings without providing an explanation. However, after SBR followed up on the player's behalf, Iwager stated that the player provided needed to provide additional ID documentation and that once he did so two weeks later his account was reopened.

BetUS player reports withdrawal issue


A BetUS (SBR rating D+) player says that a check for $1040.60 bounced. The player states that on 11/2 he deposited the check, and that on 11/15 the amount was reversed. He then sent a copy of the bounced check plus the deposit slip to BetUS. The player says that BetUS then told him it would take a week to confirm the check's status, despite receiving the scans from the player. SBR is following up on this complaint.
