A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a sportsbook complaint.
The player deposited €500 with the sports betting site and profited €1,730 wagering on two soccer events. He asked for a withdrawal from the sportsbook and was then asked for his ID documents to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. It was determined that he violated the site terms and conditions and his account was closed.
What 1XBet Alleged
The player was informed only that the security department determined the correct course of action was to confiscate his winnings and give him the option only to receive a refund of his initial €500 investment. The player contested this decision and stated that there was no problem for his funds to be accepted and that he is not sure why 1XBet gave him the boot.
1XBet players have complained in the past that the security department has shut them down without offering recourse or elaborating on what the issues are.
