A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has submitted a sportsbook complaint.
The player has claimed that he had €5,500 confiscated unjustly.
He has been accused of having someone else operate his betting account, a charge he adamantly denies.
1XBet Player: "They are lying and trying to avoid paying the winnings clearly. Is it possible to find the solicitor in Curacao and sue the company?"
There have been an increase in player submitted 1XBet complaints echoing the same, though management has claimed that they are within their right to confiscate winnings because their fraud monitoring systems have detected multi-accounting.
SBR is continuing to discuss the cases with 1XBet support and agreed not to divulge specifics so as to not undermine their security.
1XBet Sportsbook players in need of assistance are encouraged to submit a sportsbook complaint form. The betting website was initially on the sportsbook blacklist upon their introduction to the rating guide in August of 2015 before working their way up to a rating of D after settling the batch of complaints outstanding at the time.
