PokerStars isn't making many friends in Atlantic City. The world's largest poker site has already drawn the ire of the American Gaming Association (AGA), which dubs itself as the nation's leading casino trade association. The AGA has filed a brief with New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement opposing PokerStars' potential purchase of an Atlantic City hotel.

Christie originally conditionally vetoed the bill and asked for a number of changes, which were unanimously agreed upon, including raising the tax on casino winnings from 10 to 15%, a 10-year trial period for the legislation and more.

A BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) player has submitted an account dispute. The player claims that he deposited 700 PLN and received a bonus of 350 PLN. He increased his balance to 4,500 PLN before he says BetAtHome closed his account without word and refunded his deposit. BetAtHome has allegedly provided no details to the player. SBR is following up on this claim.

Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval signed a bill into law yesterday legalizing online gambling. The Nevada Assembly and Senate were swift in passing the measure through to the Governor's desk. Nevada leapfrogged past NJ in the race for iGaming: NJ Gov. Chris Christie is expected to sign an internet gambling bill into law as early as Tuesday of next week.

PointCasino amended their promo terms to disallow these wagers.


Update 2:25PM ET: Dimeline claims the manager who offered a player $500 to "settle the account" incorrectly stated their desire to offer a partial payout. The second player was alleged to have approached the sportsbook asking for a lump sum payment, which led to a settlement offer. Dimeline Sportsbook has offered two players settlements for less than what they are owed.
