A Bulldog777 (unrated) player has filed a sportsbook complaint. The user joined Bulldog777 in early May and deposited £200. He received a 50% bonus and began wagering, eventually increasing his balance to £817. Bulldog777 allegedly confiscated his balance without word more than two weeks ago. Bulldog777 has since closed their sportsbook while keeping the casino open.

UPDATE: New facts have been provided in this dispute which suggest the sportsbook prorated the balance appropriately. (SBR rating D+) has confiscated $1,326 from a winning player. The player created his account January 30th, depositing $1,300 for a $1,000 cash bonus with a 30X rollover requirement. VIP Sports refunded the player's deposit and paid just 25% of his winnings after closing his account for "non-recreational play".


5Dimes Sportsbook (SBR rating A+) has a round of maintenance scheduled for early Tuesday morning. All systems are expected to be back online by 4AM ET.  Some services might be slower than normal in the hours following due to routine technical tasks that will ultimately web performance smooth.

All players have allegedly now been sent their payouts and should be receiving them shortly.


A Tipico Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has submitted a French Open betting dispute. The player wagered €200 on Denis Istomin covering the games handicap against fourth seed German player Florian Mayer. Mayer retired from the match after the third set due to injury, which should have caused the bettor's ticket to be graded as no action in accordance with Tipico's rules.

A Dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D+)  player who had his account closed reports he has not yet been paid his $2,400 balance requested February 1st. Dimeline originally addressed the dispute with SBR, before deciding to no longer discuss the claim and noting that the player was not a priority to be paid.


Caesars Entertainment Group expects to go live with online poker in Nevada this summer through website Caesars intends to heavily promote the brand new online poker site throughout the 2013 World Series of Poker, which begins May 29.  Nevada is the only current US state to offer legal internet poker.

Sportsbook has published its annual online sportsbooks email response test. This year's test is a UK edition. SBR randomly contacts five or more top sportsbooks with five questions posing as a potential sportsbook bettor. On February 13th, SBR reported that an Alliance Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player was owed $15,176 from a payout request dated January 25th. The player has since confirmed receiving partial payouts amounting to $7,500; the last payment was made March 31st. He is still owed over $7,500. SBR spoke with management regarding the claim.

In today's SBR iGaming News show the latest Full Tilt poker news is discussed. Following PokerStars acquisition of the company after a settlement with the United States Department of Justice, Full Tilt was relaunched in the international market and has impressively restablished itself as one of the world's best card rooms.


A US (SBR rating D-) player has reported payment of $600 after eleven weeks. is currently delaying payouts in addition to the advertised six to eight weeks. SBR has received reports from 25 users owed over $80,000. SBR spoke with a manager at the end of April who acknowledged the delays.
