SBR reported on July 17 that JustBet Sportsbook (SBR rating B+) has moved into the Bookmaker (SBR rating A+) office. Bulldog777, GR88, and (SBR rating D) have reopened their sportsbooks. Seven BetRevolution Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) complaints are on file. Players have reported that their payout requests have been ignored by customer service. One player, who became irate by the lack of response, threatened to make his complaint public which finally prompted BetRevolution to acknowledge intentionally delaying his withdrawal.


SBR reported on June 22 that since clearing their previous $85,000 in delinquent payouts (SBR rating D-) players submitted another $31,040 in slow-pay claims. Management went through the batch of accounts and indicated the latest list was processed. Players have began confirming receiving these funds.

Ultimate, the first fully legal United States online gambling and poker website, has now received the recommendation of the Nevada Gaming Control Board to be fully approved by the state's gaming commission. The iGaming market is booming everywhere and other states are looking to follow Nevada's lead.


A BetAtHome Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has written to SBR with a payment complaint. The player allegedly requested a 2,850 BGN ($1,908) payout via Skrill three weeks ago. BetAtHome Sportsbook has at times fallen behind their advertised payout time-frame, frustrating users and causing a number of negative reports to be posted regarding the online sportsbook.


A Globet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a payment complaint. The player claims to have asked for a €569 withdrawal on June 16 via Skrill. Globet has yet to credit the player for this request and has allegedly given only generic updates indicating that payments are currently delayed.


PointCasino Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has vowed to revisit the outstanding cold cases submitted by players earlier in the year. PointCasino players filed complaints alleging that their winnings were confiscated after the sportsbook retroactively amended their bonus terms to restrict certain types of wagers. At the time, PointCasino refused to change their ruling.


Geolocation technology company GeoComply Ltd struck its first major deal since the ink dried on their Class II Nevada gaming license. GeoComply will provide online gaming operator Digital Entertainment (SBR rating B-) with support for desktop and mobile applications across the United States.


SBR has spoken with a Bet770 Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) management regarding a punter's dispute originally reported by SBR on June 26. In that dispute, a punter claimed that  €940 was confiscated from his accoun in January which included bonus cash without reason. Bet770 management has addressed the matter with SBR.

Coober Games, an Australian based online game development studio, has announced the launch of Coober Games is partnering with platform provider Betable Limited in the venture. plans to bring social gaming into the mix to offer players an engaging online casino experience.

IGT reaches deal with Oregon for lotto machines

A Globet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a payment complaint through SBR. The user requested a £808.65 payout via Skrill on June 21. Globet's publicly listed payout time is 2-3 days. The player reports that as of end of day July 1 he has yet to receive payment. His account is fully verified with Globet Sportsbook.


BetRevolution Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) players have complained of poor service. Three players filed slow-pay complaints through SBR and have alleged that the sportsbook has provided no updates on when they would be paid. BetRevolution ceased communication with SBR following the publication of their confiscation of winning players.


Update: SBR reported that the Olympian Group sportsbooks remained close despite a 48-hour ETA on brands Bulldog777, Geobet, and GR88 (SBR rated D+) reopening following a temporary closure amidst an alleged security breach. SBR has since reconnected with management who claim a software bug has delayed the reopening.

SBR reported in December that 888Sport also made the decision to stop accepting sports bets from Australians.


A Bet770 Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed a sportsbook complaint. The player opened his account six months ago. He alleges that Bet770 confiscated €940 from his account, which included an unspecified amount of bonus cash. The player has claimed that Bet770 did not offer a reason for their confiscation. SBR is following up.
