A BetGun Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) complaint has been received. A player deposited €120 using Skrill on July 20. He received an initial deposit bonus of €35. The player only wagered on four events before asking for a withdrawal on July 26. The player was asked to provide ID documents and obliged, but he has yet to be paid.

Online sportsbook Unibet (SBR rating C+) has addressed the payout complaint submitted by a Romanian player who hoped to make a withdrawal using Skrill. The player deposited using Skrill and accumulated a balance of €621 slowly over time, before his limits were lowered by Unibet and his playing activity came to a stop.

TonyBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) management has addressed the casino complaint originally reported by SBR one week ago. A player claimed that after winning and losing €22,000 in the casino, he attempted to draw a payment for the remaining €3,000 in his account and encountered difficulty.

Bitcoin has rebounded after some shaky weeks and is presently trading at the $243 mark. Three more sportsbooks have been added to the sportsbook rating guide as accepting bitcoin since SBR's previous market watch update. A Unibet (SBR rating C+) player has filed a complaint with SBR. The player has been a Unibet customer for seven years. He wagered with Unibet daily until last year when his wagering limit was lowered. He has a balance of €621.48 that he would like to withdraw, but is not able to be paid through his deposit method of Skrill, as Unibet discontinued Skrill for Romanians.

Seven new ZenitBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) complaints have been received. The players are owed a combined $17,465 and have been waiting to be paid for longer than 30 business days. The total amount owed by ZenitBet is $43,659 to 28 players. ZenitBet is on the sportsbook blacklist at D-, and may fall to F if players are not paid.

A Tipico Sportsbook player has submitted a wagering complaint. The player signed up for Tipico two days ago and deposited €100 in exchange for a 100% welcome bonus. He wagered three times on Saturday for €200 each and went 3-0, increasing his balance to €880. As he completed the wagering requirements of the bonus, he asked for a payout.

Jojobet.com Sportsbook has been assessed with an initial rating of D+. The online sportsbook, which displays in Turkish by default, advertises a license by the government of Montenegro. A €700 payout complaint is presently outstanding. Jojobet.com has yet to address the complaint, raised by a player who won €700 through in-play betting.

A manager with TonyBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) is reviewing the casino complaint reported on September 3. As for the TonyBet payout complaint on a player's stalled £759 payout, the security department at TonyBet has claimed that the player has not yet passed their identity checks, and will be paid after doing so.

He has failed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for a reason he claims to have a simple explanation for, but the sportsbook is not having any of it.

mBit Sportsbook has been added to the sportsbook rating guide at D+. The bitcoin exclusive website first came online March 4 of 2014 as a casino, and accepted its first sports wager August 6 of 2015. The online sportsbook has been added to the bitcoin review guide, and is the 34th sportsbook that accepts bitcoin to be displayed in the sportsbook rating guide.

This is the first Jojobet.com complaint submitted, the online sportsbook is licensed in Montenegro and accepts bitcoin as a deposit option.

A player requested to be paid £759 on August 10 after completing wagering requirements associated with a 50% bonus on top of a £200 deposit. The online sportsbook has provided no updates on when the player can epxect to receive payment.

The player believes that he should have been credited for a no risk free bet after complying with the bonus terms and conditions that called for a €5 free bet to be applied after making three qualifying wagers. Sprotsbook Review has followed up on the complaint with Unibet.

1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) has accused a winning sports bettor of fraud and confiscated €1,200. The player registered his account last month with 1XBet and deposited €600, he received a 15% deposit bonus. After he was more than half way through completing his turnover obligation, 1XBet accused the player of fraud.
