BetWay Sportsbook (SBR rating B-) is investigating the recent bonus complaint posted on the SBR newswire. A player accepted a £30 free bet before finding that his maximum wager was limited to just £1 with the online sportsbook. He was given no ability to cash out free of charge or with a prorated portion of the bonus, and subsequently filed a complaint.

Slow-pay complaint number 31 has been submitted from a ZenitBet player. He has been waiting for a €200 withdrawal since May 20, 2015. Sportsbook Review blacklisted ZenitBet after more than two dozen slow-pay complaints were received, lowering its rating from D to D- on August 26. All of the cases remain outstanding; ZenitBet is to be avoided at all costs.

A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has filed a payout complaint. The player opened his account with the online sportsbook in November of 2014 and played until February without incident. He claims to have passed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process satisfactorily, but his account was suddenly blocked without word.

Sportsbook Review reported on September 22 that a TonyBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player filed a bonus complaint. The player deposited €400 in exchange for a 50% bonus up to €200. The player made 15 wagers with the online sportsbook before having his wagering limits slashed to €1. TonyBet has addressed the complaint with SBR.

A SuperLenny.com (unrated) player has filed a wagering complaint. The player recently wagered €150 on the Jeremy Chardy vs. Samuel Groth tennis match. Samuel Groth retired following the completion of the first set. SuperLenny voided the player's wager, which prompted the player to point out that SuperLenny's tennis rules list that bets are official after the first set.

YouWin Sportsbook management have addressed the second payout complaint filed by an Italian player. Much like the first complaint reported earlier in the week, the player was attempting to withdraw his balance from the online sportsbook following their exit of the Italian market. The sportsbook also no longer serves the UK, Belgium, or Greece.
