I'm taking Golubev purely because of the value in the odds. He has been playing beyond great considering his history on clay and Melzer is craptastic in finals. The fact that I have the chance to win almost twice my bet makes me feel like I have to go with the dog here. But I'm sure you'll find plenty on the forum who disagree and they're probably right.

I don't even have odds for that tournament up yet so without knowing what the price is, it's hard to say. From off the top of my head I'd have a hard time backing Serra here unless the odds are good.

I'm in Australia right now so I've become used to $ odds.

I'd probably put a little on Andreev at that price. Definitely wouldn't go big in the 1st round.
