I think you need at least two books for tennis.

One that gives action after 1 set complete. And one that requires match complete for action.

I do not bet tennis regularly anymore so am hesitant to say who is best, especially for in-play.

But have cross-linked this to the tennis forum and hopefully some good answers will come.

I agree with more of the observations,
you indeed need at least 2 Bookies for tennis, one that needs a match to be completed ( for example bet365) and an other that is with the first set rule (for example Betfair) the one ball rule is also of use if you know insides of players and the player that quits is in your favor ( such bookie is for example bwin).

Also I agree that bet365 is one of the best...there also some companies that offer great odds like Pinnacle or 1XBET especially for underdogs but I do not have personal opinion as they do not have license of work for my country so I dont posses account for them....

One that accepts USA players. Bitcoin books work as well.

For Indiana Books, Bet Rivers is awesome for tennis. Really good live TV on select matches on the website, and you could be watching and betting on a specific match, and still have all the other matches on the left side of screen that you could bet on without leaving the page. Pretty cool website.

Bet365 is definitely my favorite for live Tennis betting. 5Dimes live Ultra has most of the same live matches, but pale in comparison interface wise.

What’s weird are USA books have unreal coverage of tennis and all circuits but juice too wide.

All Euro run so I guess that’s why

I use Fairlay for now. I had an issue with their software recently though that cost me some dough. I am still playing there begrudgingly because they have best odds I know for US players, but I am just waiting for somebody like stake.com or bet365 to service Americans. I've never been impressed with the main American Books - heritage/5dimes/bookmaker. They are hit or miss on what they offer. Bookmaker is great for pre-tournament pick the winner though if you're into that.

5Dimes Live Ultra has almost every match available to bet live, but their interface is not great and it's frustrating when lines switch off and on like they can't keep up sometimes. Especially when you're trying to process a wager and they take it off the board or the line changes. This is mostly the problem with most 3rd party live Tennis betting software. Not many can keep up as nearly as fast as Bet365. That's why Bet365 is one of the best.

Yes I agree Bet365 user interface is the best & even their tennis markets ... maybe thats why they attract so many players (but recreational players... )

Where should one bet if one makes a living via tennis betting?

In your case, I don't think any 1 book is the only or best answer. You have to test out what's out there and shop for the best lines.

What I suggest is for mainly betting live matches on a recreational level.

Does 5Dimes offer set spread betting prematch? Do they offer betting on games live (example game 5 set 2 while game 4 is being played)? Do they offer all this on challenger matches and above? How are the odds? I haven't used 5dimes in a while, but I seem to remember they came up short in some areas. Fairlay offers pretty much everything in their live markets that I could want and the odds are usually pretty decent. I also like I can withdraw pretty much instantly.

Yes. In their regular book, they have a props section with set options, but I think it's only for semifinal and final matches of ATP and WTA matches.

They offer moneylines, match game handicaps (5 different spreads), match totals (5 different totals) and player totals on all ATP and WTA matches prematch.

Just moneylines on bigger event Qualies and all Challenger events. Selected ITF matches (not all).

In the 3rd party Prematch Ultra section, they offer just moneylines on most ATP, WTA and Challenger events prematch. Not sure about ITF. I haven't seen them.

The Live Ultra section is where it gets extensive on match availabilty and what I use the most. It has just about every match available for every tournament. ATP, WTA, Qualies, Challenger, ITF. Basically every match that Bet365 market offers.

The Live Ultra offers Moneylines, Match Game handicaps, Match Totals, Match Set betting (ie 2-0 2-1 for both players), Current set outcome score for both players, Current set winner, Current set Game O/U totals on Most ATP, WTA, Qualies and Challenger events. ITF events is mainly just moneylines until Semifinals, then they offer more options sometimes.

    No.

The regular book odds are pretty good IMO. They also have a reduced juice section for ATP and WTA matches. The odds in the Live Ultra section are defintely juiced up, a little inflated from Bet365 odds.

All in all, 5Dimes is pretty good for betting Tennis and gets the job done most of the time for me, but certainly not in the top tier category like a Bet365 in my opinion.

From the sounds of your original post, it looks like your trying to find a recreational options/type book for professionals.
I'm not sure they exist. Maybe Bookmaker?

bookmaker, heritage, and betonline work for me. They all have live options. I will use betanysports sometimes if I need to buy games for the spread line.

    Greetings.
I have bet since 2004 and my favourite sport is tennis, especially live-betting.

Although Bet365 have blocked me lifetime because of my winnings, i think Bet465 is the best for tennis... They open bets for almost every match, their website is very easy to use and their odds are the highest always.

Second, of course Betfair but the volume is low if the matches does not belong to popular tournaments.

After above 2, i started using williamhill, and i was quite happy until williamhill started to open only match result. WH does not open bets for the set winner recently. Also WH's odds are lower compared to Bet365.

During Covid-19 outbreak, i started to review other bookies and i think Pinnacle and Paddy Power also satisfying odds. But Pinnacle is hard to use, especially i did not like neither future or asian view.

I checked the US sportsbook, i see that only Betonline and Bookmaker opens livebetting for tennis but again the odds are low compared to bet365. In addition, the website design is really hard to use. I do not know how to find all the live tennis matches together. I had to check all tournaments one by one.

For the last one, i started to follow Unibet...

In summary, if i have the opportunity, i bet only on Bet365, nothing else is required. Both markets and odss are satisying, i believe bet365 is the best.
