    ProDane picks of 2019

    Welcome everyone!

Every now and then I will post some of my tennis picks in this thread.

    Fognini - PCB
    Pick 1 @ 1.80

To be fair I hate betting on Fognini, because he has a terrible mindset when things are not going in his favour. On the other hand he is playing great tennis atm, and his talent is for sure bigger than PCBs.

PCB leads the H2H, and this guy gives his everything every single time. Though he is nothing special, and whenever he is not the favorite in a match, he rarely wins.

    BOL to anyone who trails.

Furthermore - can anyone of you use my points in here? I believe I can not use them myself, since I am living in Denmark.

I'm on Fognini too. Odds seems fair, and Busta have been questionable for a long time, and Fognini should be motivated to beat Busta with 5 prior loses.

What do you mean by not being able to use your points?

    Skål

I like Klizan at plus odds IF hes healthy. Norrie likes the faster clay. Ramos has done well here in the past

I have a pretty confident feeling, that monsieur Thiago Monteiro will win against Fuscovics.

    Monteiro stands at 2.30 odds.

This lad is a real clay courter, and while Fuscovics can play on clay - he is more like a hardcourt player (he says that his favourite surface is grass)
Monteriro has better movement, while Fuscovics has the edge on serve (which is a minor advantage on the dirt as it not as fast a surface)

Monteiro is a lefty, which is always diffucult to play against.
He took down clay courters Ramos-Vinolas and Struff, but also won against Rublev in this tourney, so he is hot for sure.

Meanwhile Fuscovics had a tough time in his first match against Songego.

Fuscovics will go to Madrid next week, and might has his mind on this bigger tourney as it is ATP1000 while the one in munich is only 250 points.
Monteiro will go nowhere next week as far as my analysis goes, so my guess is, that he will dig deep in Munich

Best of luck to anyone who trails.

Any thoughts on Gasquet vs Davidovich Fokina?

Gasquet has not played all year, and he was operated 3,5 months ago. In a french newspaper he says himself, that he is not 100%, but he just comes to Madrid to be a tennis player again.

Davidovich Fokina on the other hand had a long week in Estoril - and he could either come in here buzzed af and ready to party, or crap the shit out of this game, since Gasquet (when in form) is the far better player.

    What do you think?

Fokina to win. Odds would be closer to evens if they thought he could win. Davidovich with a chance at a Masters 1000 1st round win, he should show up

    Pouille at 2.60

    Odds should be more even.

He is a former champion here. Just won again Lopez Who is a good grass courter and is somewhat similar to Medvedev in terms of great serve and powerful shots.

Bonus info: Pouille posted on his Instagram that he was happy to win in 1R, which indicates he prioritise this tourney in some way

Absolutely splendid tennis from Pouille as he takes the first set.

Medvedev is breathing super heavily and seems to be struggling a bit, when the longer rallies goes on.

Should be an easy second set

    It sure did haha. Thanks.

Torpegaard was solid, but Sarmiento played somewhat poor in the bit of the match I saw.

I Will try to keep the thread going by posting some picks the upcoming days

    Bambridge/O'Mara at 1.95

These Guys are used to play with each other and shows decent results.

On the other side of the net is the Australians Reid/Kyrgios..

I pretty much simply fade Kyrgios in this match up. He rarely goes further than the second match in the doubles. He is not with his loverboy and usual partner Kokkinakis, and he will play in London next week - a bigger tourney with more money which makes Kyrgios more happy and willing to play.

If you go into mr Kyrgios mindset: Do I want to grind a QF with My unusual partner to win an extra 4.000 euros in a somewhat difficult match up? Nah I Will go to London next week and get 15k euros to just show up before losning to some scrub on purpose.

Fabbiano at 2.28 - starts in 20 minuts.

Odds should be more even, and I simply just can't stand Wards gameplay. Makes plenty of UE's and slices all the time.

If you are into football, Ghana Will win at 1.67
