    Why the hell is Klizan continuing against djokovic when he can't play

    I have the over in this match and clearly Klizan is done by his calf injury, he should call this off instead of playing with 20% fitness !!

    Not familiar with how the prize money goes in tennis, but perhaps they're guaranteed more money if they complete the match instead of retire?

    Saw Fed interviewed about this today.

    He made a good suggestion. Pay players the first round loss money they earned by qualifying for a grand slam, whether they are fit to play it or not.

    Not sure if he was just exaggerating or not, but he said half the field might take that up at some slams they just arent fit for.
