    Atp & wta madrid

quick leans! add your perspective pleaseeee

    • Kei Nishikori ML v Diego Schwartzman

    • Milos Raonic ML v Gilles Muller - i know milos isnt great on clay but should still get things done possibly goes to 3. tie break in the match
    • Nick Kyrgios ML v Ryan Harrison - thread carefully - my bookie void bets - kygrios was injured last game but overcame it to win. i still think he will be too strong. had some rest.

      • David Ferrer v Jo-Wilfried Tsonga ML - ferrer hasnt been playing so great anymore think hes done. i like tsonga on clay

      • Pablo Cuevas ML v Nicolas Mahut - cuevas here hes been playing great on clay.

      • Alexander Zverev v Marin Cilic ML - i like cilic here, zverev has been lucky on clay just making it over the last few games.

      WTA

      • Qiang Wang v Svetlana Kuznetsova ML - kuz been playing pre good watched wang last rd nothing too impressive. think kuz will physically be too strong.

      • Coco Vandeweghe v Carla Suarez Navarro ML - tough one but im leaning with CSN. i didnt think coco would make it past last rd but shes still performed well. think CSN will catch her out with her style on clay.

      • Samantha Stosur v Simona Halep ML - abit bias but never bet on stosur, shes a curse. although she likes clay i still dont think she will be able to take on halep. will be haleps to lose but i cant stand how hard stosur chokes in games. watched her lose last week in Prague Open in straight sets to world No. 144 Beatriz Haddad Maia.

      • Angelique Kerber v Eugenie Bouchard +1 set - kerber physically strong and so has bouchards game, think kerber will come out slow in this match and bouchard continues her momentum from sharapova match.

      BOL everyone

I'm backing Mahut (+4). Yes, Cuevas is great on clay, but Madrid courts are really fast. And besides, he's shown some inconsistency this year. He should have lost against Bellucci, who choked serving for the match at 6-5. And he lost to Kachanov last week.
H2H 1-1, both matches going to 3 sets and Mahut won on clay last year (Rome). So, I expect a close match.

I lean Cilic as well, but I'm not touching this game, Zverev is too unpredictable, he can play like a future number 1 or like an idiot.

Tsonga withdrew from the tournament by the way.
