You mean live bet on broken serves or Wozniacki?

Was on Woz -6.5 before the game, and took her -5.5 and then -4.5 x2 in play so it worked out nicely

I noticed this happen with Jankovic before as well. She'll play awful in the 1st set, and then win the 2nd/3rd sets like 6-0 or 6-1

Took Woz live to win 1st set and 2nd set juiced, have -1.5 sets also parlay pending. Thing about hopping on serves being broken once they are going back like that, theyre compensating for it big time with lowering the favs odds and sucking the value out, better off hopping on big dog odds early in match when big faves are rusty. Yea most women dont have strong enough serves to penetrate the court like men, I like it like that though, more upsets perhaps, meanwhile Paire just went crazy on the net.

Bencic is really good at breaking other player's serves, then she loses her serves.
The women's players that have the best serves at the moment are injured.
Yanina Wickmayer has a really good serve
It may have to do with height,
For instance match coming up between Errani and Garcia
Garcia probably has the better serve, but Errani has more shot variety,
a better on the court game, less unforced errors.
Ivanovic vs Williams Ivanovic serves well, but she is a taller player and when the ball is in play
she is not as effective. Pliskova twins serve well but when the ball is in play too many unforced errors.
A player that can do both effectively would be Kerber
I saw Paire go nuts on the net thought he was having a breakdown lol

    Williams 2 units
    Errani 1 unit

most of them have no power anyways so being a server does not give any advantage

off course there are Serena Williams and Kvitova and some others who are different

Women tennis is all about baseline intensity, counter punching and get the ball as early as possible. Those are the main qualities to be a good returner and that's why most WTA players focus more on return than on serve.

Also they aren't able to generate so much strenght on serve like men but is impressive the pace they can put in their groundstrokes and the intensity of them.

The best way to take advantage of serve in women tennis is to do the "V attack" where they open the court with the serve and try to get the ball extremely early and put it on the other side. Or do like Lisicki did against Bencic on grass this year and fire 27 aces if I'm not mistaken

This is interesting. Who, in your eyes, are the most consistent returners in the WTA?

There are couple of great returners no doubt about that, the one I most like to watch is Azarenka. Vika is currently below her best, but her ability to antecipate the serve and get the ball early is just impressive and one of the reasons why she's the only real player on WTA who can cause problems to Serena. She just doesn't have more wins against Williams because she created some kind of mental block like Sharapova did, this year the Madrid final was unreal how she managed to lose after leading 6-5 and 40-0.

But overall the top players on WTA are great returners such as Wozniacki, Kerber, Halep, Radwanska. All of them great counter punchers.
