Huge Plays US Open Men's SFs

Let's get some more money as a forum. This has been a great run these past two weeks.

I believe in Novak. He is very motivated and will give 100% today. Cilic's serve will not hurt him at all. He should cruise in straight sets.

    Djokovic -6.5 -110 10x
    Djokovic -2.5 sets +110 10x
    Under 36.5 ev 5x

Actually, Cilic's serve is the one thing that is very likely to hurt Djokovic regardless of the Croatian's form tonight. What is less obvious however is whether Cilic will be able to hurt him in any other way...

Exactly. Unless Cilic serves unreal there is no way he will hang close with The Joker tonight!

Of course I watched it and many others did I'm sure. That was a weird match and yes Joker didn't look great. Yet he still almost covered the spread that night.

Looking dominant early. Let's keep it going!

Nice play guys. I thought this was money all the way to the bank from the beginning too. I was stupid and realized the game had started when I wanted to bet... I bought a live bet at U27.5 after the first set with major juice. Anyway, I'm thinking Stan and The Fed over 40 or taking +5 on Stan. What do you guys think?

    Fed vs Stan

I've been thinking about this for a while. Joker dominated Fed at the Wimbledon final. Obviously Fed has improved his game a lot since then, but now it's going to really be put to the test.

Fed has not had a competitive match all tournament; Wawa has.

I also believe that in the back of his mind, Fed might be a bit afraid of having to face Joker again in the final. Stan is in the prime of his career and has many motivations to compete very hard today. Stan showed me a lot last match that he was able to increase his level of play in a moment. He was also getting fired up and yelling during the match.

Stan will not back down from Fed today. This will be a very good match to watch. I'm using my winnings and taking a big shot on Stan to get the job done.

    Wawrinka +5 games -105 15x
    Wawrinka +1.5 sets +135 5x
    Wawrinka ML +275 5x

now that joker won easily, i like your stan bet..

Kind of silly and illogical, but it always happens... one sided tennis match then the next one will be an epic.. and vice versa..

Nice call. Interesting progression going. Four more sets and Cilic would have taken Novak to a tie-break, LOL. Cilic just wants to get off the court asap.

Never in my entire life of watching tennis have I witnessed a greater gap in the performance of the two players in a match. Literally.

Congratulations. I was worried for your sake Cilic would retire because one must question whether he is in any condition to play this semifinal in the first place.

Novak started off saying "Cilic is carrying an ankle injury and courageous enough to play"

Joker is a very nice man

Djok didn't dominate Feds. It went 5 sets, with 2 tiebreaks..

Fed hasn't had a competitive match because he's playing SO f-ing well.

With all due respect, I think it's silly to think that Fed would be thinking ahead at all to Djokovic at this point, let alone being scared of him. He is focused on the match at hand, which could certainly be difficult (see below). If he does make it through, he should be thinking about how he basically had little trouble with Novak in Cincy a couple of weeks ago...

I definitely agree that Stan can raise his level to world-class. I would not be surprised if he won. That said, I do think Roger comes through here. I don't think that he has been at this level in a while, even at Wimbledon.

You're mistaken about the Wimbledon final, but I hope this is a good match either way.

On a side note, Nitrogen has 200 BTC limits on this match for both spread and *ML right now. That's penetrating crazy to me, but awesome (not that I bet anything close to that amount).

I remember this match like it was yesterday, as I had action on Fed. Fed's only set win was 12-10 in a TB. I remember feeling very dumb after this match. I know you have action on Fed tonight w@lt, so GL, and I hope we both get a good sweat.
