Vinci/Bouchard
The Justin Bieber of tennis has finally got back to her old rhythm and is playing a little bit better despite her injury (marketing her products, photo shoots, etc). If there's a particular surface she's good on, it's hard courts by far, as the tempo suits her needs.
She faces the clay courter Robbie Vinci who has been playing fairly well on the hard surface recently and has a few matches on her belt in the qualifiers up to this point. Some may say she had it easy, but beating Dominguez-Lino and Larsson is not easy.
Robbie was -150 last night and has come all the way down to -139. I think Genie will put up a tough fight, but if the game goes over 1.5 hours, she may give up, as her next photo shoot starts around 11.00AM PST.
Robbie usually plays good for a few games just before the USO starts, so I think she has the serve and game to put Genie away this morning.
Vinci ML -139
