Around what time are the Australian Open matches?

Im not familiar with the Open at all. I'm assuming there will be a 13 or 14 hr time difference?

Do they play games all throughout the day or only at night?

Was just wondering because if they play all day then some games over there would be over even before many of the previous night games in north america even begin.

Melbourne is 8 hours behind EST in the States, so its 12:15 AM here, so its 4:15 PM there.

If I remember correctly, they either start at 11 or 12 (noon) local time, so 7 or 8 EST in the States for start time. They will have matches all through the day, prob 10 hours or so, so looking at around 7 EST in the States to around 5 AM EST in the States.

Actually I am brain dead right now, they are 16 hours ahead of our Eastern Time Zone.

So if its 12:15 AM here, its 4:16 PM there.

So if they start at 10 AM there time, looking at 6 PM our time and going for about 10 hours or so, 4 Am.

Hope that makes sense, I'm struggling right now bud.
