raonic is going to roll past federer tomorrow

this guy is all power and is on the upswing.....Federer is getting older and been through some grueling matches as of late. they have played 4 times head to head where federer is 3-1 but these matches were all 2013 and earlier....additionally raonic was competitive
in these matches.grab raonic now at around +200

Tough call fed is hungry for this ...I would say this you have a 50 50 chance so taking the dog might make scence

old won't mean much, it will be a lot of short points in this match. I think federer being the better returner will sneak an early break

For all those jumping on the Raonic train.

    1) Look at who he has beaten this week. A dream draw for sure.
    2) Kyrios was mentally, emotionally and physically beat. And it showed on court. He played very poorly. Yet Giraffe was still pushed to a 4th set breaker.

Going from playing "that" Kyrios (And Nishikori who has been rubbish for a few months now) to playing Fed in this form will be somewhat of a wake up call.

Roanic has been serving very well. He'll have to serve just as well to have a chance here. Anything less and he won't win in a best of 5.

im just looking at the odds and I think Federer is way too overpriced here...I like raonic's game and I like his price even more +185-+235 in all the shops..if his serve is working his confidence will be high. Federer is past his prime. the odds are based on his name not his current game.

lets put it this way I wouldn't place a bet even with your money on Federer -300. he might win but -300?

Oh dear. "Past his prime" comments are so redundant.

Yes you're right. Millions and millions and millions of dollars are on Federer because of "his name" lmao.

I wouldn't back Federer here either. I'm wondering if Raonic can win this or go 2-1 sets up for a good trade.

I think the odds are about right though. Fed may be just a touch too short. Nothing too off though imo.

I hate when people use the hungry angle. Feds been hungry the last 4 years and has just 1 slam in the time. The hunger angle is the most overused term in betting.

I said taking the dog would make scence here but I dont see it happening after fed got tossed around last year here in wimbeldon so he will be hungry for redemption just my two cents

However I aint playing this game I have dimitrov tomorow cause I think hes the hungriest out of the 4 of them

Right but he's gotten bullied in the later rds at the slams for the last 4 calendar years why would he be hungrier tomorrow than he has the last 4 years.

If he wins tomorrow its more because raonic is not ready for the moment imo. I do think raonic is a very very live dog

This is going 5 sets, everybody expect Fed to roll... If Raonic serves like he did vs Kyrgios, Raonic can win 3/4 in tiebreaker ... I expect Fed to win a set 6-4 or 6-3... 5 sets Fed may still win, but remember he chokes under pressure as well lately

Federed has been terrible for quite long now. I don't see why would anyone bet Federer. Winning craprinka means nothing.

    Heres some easy insight.

the wimbledon grass is playing as fast this year as it used to about 10 years ago. Thats y big servers like dimitrov and raonic are in the semis. And also y kyrgios another big server made the quarterfinals beating rafa. And lastly its why fed, one of the greatest grass courters in history, is back in the semis after a few years of weak showings

Fast grass favors the big servers. Raonic and dimitrov are live dogs but raonic has a much better shot to win based on opponent as roger has slipped considerably

Dimitrov has a better chance he hasnt lost on grass all year

    Something to think about

Raonic Is suspect he lacks a certain degree of confidence in the semis against top players

Raonic has never made the semis in a slam. Neither has dimitrov for that matter.

The odds clearly show that that raonic is almost half the dog that dimitrov is. I would love to see dimitrov win but that might get ugly.

when raonic gives fed a way better natch and likely wins it, come back tomorrow and get your medicine bro. U are so off on this one

Dimitrov does not have a wow factor this week. He had in Queen's

Raonic sure has a wow factor

Kei and Kyrgios lost their concentration when they faced all those serves and forehands.

Federer is sure more experienced + he is also one of the GOATs, and he might also get demoralized with how the legend he is looks out there helpless if Raonic serves godly again

Maybe the better bet is Raonic +1.5 sets or +4 in games, would be cool to see the 2 Canadiens do well

Had invested quite a sum on Raonic 2 days ago with early prices on Marathonbet, fingers crossed

over 42.5 @1.90 3.5 units (market price is around @1.72 right now)
Raonic +4 @1.90 1 unit (market price is around @1.65 right now)
Raonic +1.5 sets @2.30 1 unit (market around @2.25, not much difference)
Raonic ML @3.50 0.5 units (market around @3.30, not much difference)

Federer is too experienced for Raonic I think. You need more than a big serve to beat Fed. It could get tight but I think Fed takes it.
