    weather.com says london 0% chance of rain yet they are in rain delay

    wtf is going on , can the weather people be that bad , cuz i thought 0 percent chance of rain meant it won't rain today

    Forecast for today was mostly cloudy with light drizzle/passing showers. Probably just a passing shower or two as London always seems to have.

    Relatively speaking, these delays were nothing. Wimbledon has some of the bigger delays usually when rain hits, it seems to drag on and not just pass through.
