    Gotta give Agut some credit. That was an amazing forehand down the line to win that game. He was pulled way out and snapped that thing and hit the dead corner and Muller could barely touch it. Muller hit a good shot too crosscourt with his backahand. Agut went for it and hit it. Damn...

    Damn Muller... Way too many errors. It is so hard for him to keep good play up for 3 full sets. Usually 2. That is why I wanted Agut to retire. He looked so slow in the first set.

    not to pile on and be "that guy," but i was going to make a thread about how agut was a lock today as my first thread. he is a spanish clay courter in his physical prime, with close recent matches against simon, florian mayer, and haase. meanwhile, muller is a guy for whom 95% of his ranking points have probably been from grass and indoor hard his entire career, total opposite surface specialist. i dont think muller had won a match on clay this year. baffling pick. the real surprise was that agut dropped a set, let alone at 6-2. he should have rolled him.
