U.Radwanska +270. Threw 140.00 on her. I think Barthel is one of the most incorrectly priced female players on tour, with the likes of Ivanovic, Jankovic, Schiavone, etc. Her forehand is her main and really only weapon. She's poor in long rallies and often has that nonchalant attitude towards matches, especially against players who can push the ball back to her and wait for her errors. I think -330 is a joke, so let's start this week off correctly.

It really is gonna come down to if barthel wants to win or not but because of that nonchalant attitude you mentioned, she cannot be backed as a short favorite
What's your opinion on hsieh vs erakovic? hsieh is too short imo
i saw rad play quite a lot the last 6 months. i think her game has picked up quite a bit since her juniors days. she hits the ball with more authority, and actually sort of is like a vastly inferior version of her sister. i feel that if she can keep the ball in play, barthel will be the one making the errors.
hsieh/erakovic...no opinion really. erakovic is in terrible form, losing in both new zealand and the aussie open first rounds. she is dangerous however, plays a huge game but extremely prone to errors on her forehand side. can beat most anyone, and lose to most anyone. hsieh has an incredible record in Asia, though. no lean for this match.

the head to head for AMG/Zak is 6-3 in favor of AMG, with the Spaniard winning 5 of the last 6 matches including 2 on hard courts. I still think Zakopalova will take it but that H2H was a big turn off for me.

Gutted that Dellacqua picked such a bad partner in Kimiko. They broke and handed the break back. Dellacqua played great in AO doubles.

I know. The Pattaya Open was crazy. Odds combined of those 4 matches for either the first set winner or match winner ( although Begu ended up retiring so it would be void this one ) would be of like 100.00 odds. And all matches would be 2-0 for the dog ( again Begu thing ).
Begu is so bad... I doubt she was really injured. She is such an unforce error machine. Saw her in doubles recently and it was hilarious.

Well, seems like she disappeared from the match after choking to serve the set out. Just hedged this one as well with 6-0 and 6-1 for Barthel because i would kill her if she would lose by those scores just to ruin the +5.5.

seems as though barthel is more serious about her tennis career than last year where she as a huge favorite lost countless number of matches
