    What ladies would benefit most/least...

If they had to play a best of 5?

    And we know that how..?

They would adapt quickly to playing 5 sets; many of them already play singles and double 3 setters on the same day. I dare say there would be a short term advantage to the younger players, but long-term it would make little difference.

Remember men only play 5 at the slams.

Women should play 5 sets at a slam since they get equal pay.

But do we really want to watch hundreds more sets of women's tennis at the slams?

Fukk that. It's tough enough watching some of this bullshit women's tennis for three sets. Best of five - hell no. I think the quality would be even more terrible. I disagree with the whole "they would adapt" theory. Most of them already struggle when the matches go three hours. They would all have to amp up their fitness regimens, but I think for the most part - it would just be all of them saying ... no way.
