    Had a little bit left in my TAB account (VIC), was thinking the same way as you so put $30 on the best equivalent bet, over 20.5 games (only at $1.75, but I like the chances of a tiebreaker). GL

    Cooper, kuznetsova going in should be fav here if she can hold up physically (seeing as she came through qualifying).

    Was looking at the over also but wanted something a little more tasty...

    Don't think you're going to get this unless Kerber is totally off. Sveta is going to be absolutely gassed today after playing four hours in the heat and a long week of qualis. Maybe she retires early to save you some.

    Not really about mental strength IMO. More about potential rest for Melbourne over pushing hard and wearing yourself out here. Kerber wasn't great in the 1st set, but Kuznetsova came out flat and never recovered from the break.

    Kuz will keep going untul her legs can no longer walk her off. Its more about the stubborn russian pride for her than worrying about whats ahead imo...

    Kuz has had alot of opportunites on Kerber serve also. Maybe your right but if anyones gonna hang tough its the Russian...

    Damn, that was unlucky there, was sure Kuznetsova was going to win the 2nd set once she got the break up. Weird match, she showed some fight from late in the first, and even with the slow start she had her chance but flattened again.

    Coochy, I do enjoy this time of year, having the cricket and tennis to bet on a bit helps fill the void (especially for myself with AFL being my main sport), and is a good chance to get away from the horses while the depth is low. And I have to say, it is also good just to have some high quality sport on just to watch, without having a bet on all the time. I headed down to the Aus Open last year for the first time with a day pass, will definitely do the same again this year, great value for money on the early days!
