    Flavio Cipolla????

Any chance against Murray? Some are talking of an Olympic hangover. Can some of the veterans on here give their take on Cipolla? Won some heavy cash this past week and am thinking about going with Murray. I just can't see him losing here. Thoughts?

EDIT: Did some more research and decided to pull the trigger. Thanks to EaglePhan for his input. Won quite a bit last week and going to bet most of my winnings on this, so I'm playing with house's money and am going to let it ride a bit. It's super high risk/chalk but I don't see Murray losing. Play at your own risk. Good luck boys

I see Tsonga taking care of biz...joker's a lil' fatigued possibly, but should win. Murray's a question mark for me....is he the type to have a major let down after an emotional big win?hmmmm

I would eat a shoe if Murray drops even a set to Cipolla

If you're talking ML, why are you bothering using -750 in a parlay? You're either going with extremely high chalk for what you think is an easy parlay or you're adding it to another parlay .... in which case it doesn't add enough to warrant the risk.

This is a tricky tourney because of the Olympics. Most of these guys would probably pay to see what they do in their first match before you decide to fade or tail them.

Yeah, I hear you. Probably won't touch it. Haven't seen much of Cipolla play...what's your take on him?

He's got a little bit of an oddball game that can be tricky, but on hard courts he really needs to be up against inexperience to have a great shot. Murray isn't that. I could see Murray maybe starting slow if he's a bit hungover from the travel, but he's got the defense to work back into a match quickly. I said it when previewing this week, Murray is intriguing to watch because certainly a hangover could happen, but I think more likely his confidence sky rockets and I think he's in contention for this event.

Cool, thanks man. I think Murray's on a high right now. I'll see what I end up doing. Thanks for the input.

That's my line of thinking as well. He's hungry and the #1 ranking is within his grasp. As long as fatigue and/or harsh jet lag don't come into play, he takes this in straight sets (HOPEFULLY)

In all honesty though, betting 6 g's to win 7 hundo is just plain crazy. Shoulda risked the 1400 to win 700. Something happens to Murray in the second, tweaks ankle and retires or whatever and your shot. Yea I know it's "house money" but why risk it? Not the best move. Still i root for you. Just crazy intense, very aggressive for little return.

For the record. Murray is NOW one of the elites. That loss to Fed has changed him. He will never feel more pressure than he did at Wimbledon.

Unless Murray deliberately tanks the match to rest up, defeat to this guy is out of the question.

I hear you, well thanks for rooting for me. I've never lost these crazy big bets that I've made over the years, I've tried to be very very selective (of course there's a first for everything). It's encouraging that Del Potro lost, the odds of him and Murray both losing in the first round are very slim. Tsonga just lost his first set against Chardy, but should storm back. I'm feeling good about this Murray bet. I only risk what I'm willing to lose. Fuk it, let's go

This is one of the dumbest spots to ever take a -500 or more favorite... So you win $6000 and then put it all on a guy who just flew from England yesterday, after the biggest win of his career? You don't think hes going to be completely flat?

I don't......think he's in form and looking to get the #1 spot. Murray to win in straight sets.
