    Joker is in big trouble

Up 2-1, 40-0 in this critical third set, djokovic commits 5 straight unforced errors to give up his break advantage.

He just doesn't have the serve to blow past tsonga for easy points. I would look hard to live bet the Frenchman.

Not sure...I think Tsonga will collapse again and Djoker takes it in 5. He's too good of a player to be playing this bad at a grand slam.

But all of it doesn't matter...wouldn't be surprised to see Nadal win the title without dropping a set in this tournament.

Nadal is probably the happiest man on the planet right now. I would not be surprised if both Djokovic and Federer rally to win, but I think Federer has a better shot after blistering through a set. Djokovic just doesn't seem to have "it" ... but Tsonga already built in the excuse machine with all his talk this week about all the pressure the French have to win this tournament and that no Frenchman would win. He sets himself up nicely to live up to his rhetoric or try to be a hero and f-ing win a match.

And by the way ... it's great to see this sort of thing. Tournaments need upsets. It's not fun always seeing the Big Four/Five (Ferrer) as the semifinalists all the time.

I had Djoker against the spread, so there goes that $100 ... Should've thrown 10 on Tsonga ML, but it wouldn't have been the smartest hedge at the time. At least this will make it much easier to go big on Nadal ML the rest of the way. This tournament is his.

Tsonga has played some good tennis, but Djokovic has really screwed up at key moments. He's looked more like a WTA player at the end of the second and third sets. haha.

Three perfect serves in a row from Tsonga after he was down 40-15 ... Seems like it is just his day.

I've seen Djokovic dig out of holes before, but he just cannot win any of the any key points when Tsonga is serving. I don't know how he gets this to a fifth set unless he wins a tiebreak. I'm not sure he can hold serve all six times anyway ...

Yeah ... I always knew Tsonga had a powerful serve, but he has been clutch in this set. Every time he needs an ace, he hits it. He isn't even faulting on the first try. There was absolutely nothing Djokovic could do about that ... Tsonga flat-out earned this win. He was the better player and deserved it.

tsonga holds for 6-5 but at least if djoker wins this set he would serve first in the 5th which is a massive advantage IMO. he better not choke again and lose 7-5

Tsonga will be huge favorite in a tiebreak right now.

Or will Djoker be broken to lose third straight set?

    Tsonga is a LOCK.

Tough break for Tsonga at 6-6 in the tiebreak. He had a chance to get the egde and just messed up that return.

    Ok Djokovic backers.

That's all the black magic this thread is good for. Djoker needs to win the fifth on talent I'm afraid.

What a match. Those 4 match points must be like carrying 4 cannon balls on Tsonga's back right now. A true "wanna get away" moment.

You may be right ... But his ability to pull out aces when facing break points has been a big weapon. Let's see if he can continue that success in the final set. That might be the difference.

This reminds me of his match against Murray earlier in the year Djokovic's mental toughness is reaching epic levels

Ouch Tsonga ... Djoker's serve isn't unbreakable, but it looks like my spread bet might have some life.

u could tell in the body language that tsonga gave it everything he had in the 4th
when u go for broke and dont close it out, theres a gigantic letdown factor
which is why a guy like federer barely gets hype

I'm cheering for you! I'd love to see Tsonga get his ass kicked in this set. Shut this wanker crowd up. So disrespectful with their screeching every time Djoko was trying to serve in the 4th set.

Tsonga's legs are getting heavy, too ... Some of those shots he was hitting earlier just aren't getting over the net anymore.
