Sijsling playing Dasnieres de veigy in the Napoli challenger, a 200+ ranked opponent. Don't know much about his game but Sijsling leads H2H 2-1 (2-0 on clay) and judging by the records, he has been playing much better and is more experienced on the surface.

I think Gil could possibly give some trouble to Tips considering he has been playing relatively poor on dirt so far. But I still think Tips can serve well enough to pull off a win here, and I like the price on it for the parlay.
