He is in danger of going out in two straight masters in a row in the opening round. Miami was bad, this loss would be an unbelievable exit. Losing 3-0 final set, to Cippola in Madrid, he may kill somebody. Brooklyn decker is there though, hopefully she calms things down.
Why would it be unbelievable? He's playing on his worst surface & has not beein good form. Only thing unbelievable is anyone who thinks Roddick should be winning matches currently.
Roddick has now gone out in two straight masters in the opening round, Miami wasn't clay and Roddick should be beating cuevas and the 159th in the world on any surface.
Okay I'm still not understanding this. I'v reviewed the records, Roddick's in particular and he has a remarkable record for his career on clay... He's also does spectacular this year as you can see by his current record for all surfaces hes played on..... I'm not getting why people keep saying clay is his worst surface and that the guy is awful...........
He has 9 French Open appearances and his record there is 9-9 with his best result is the 4th round once. That ain't good, when his overall grand slam record is 119-39.
Also he moves poorly compared to the better clay court players and his power serve/forehand is negated by the slowness of the clay
