This is definitely not a compliment. This is a kick in the teeth for all of the time I've spent answering his questions, etc... He's stealing plays from multiple people on this site, maybe even Bobby and you for all I know yet, and selling them, when his 'clients' (if he has any) could merely come to SBR and get them for free.

The guy is a scumbag. But luckily for me he couldn't help himself so he felt the need to post in threads asking for records, etc... so he's making it much easier to figure out where he jacked his plays from.

It's copying information and selling it for own profit. It's unethical at the very least.

He is more than welcome to take my picks and sell them on as his own although it seems the guys who run the site he's touting at may disagree with you. However since I'm no longer posting plays until I know this guy has been shut down, he's going to have a difficult time getting mine to say the very least. Again, not sure why he'd even want them because they're truly not that great.

And I am also more than welcome to make sure that he never sells another package. Just as he's free to do what he wants, I'm free to make sure that those people who wanted my picks and the NCAA, NBA, soccer and NHL picks he nabbed from people on here and is selling as his 'own', know they can come find them at SBR FOR FREE.

No such thing as stealing "plays". A play can't be copyrighted. Shari why do you think SBR has a service play section and let's people "steal" plays left and right. If he's stealing your write ups that's something you can get pissed about but you don't have a leg to stand on whining about "plays" being stolen.

I'm not standing on any leg. I merely pointed something out to this forum and the other one. The guy is free to do what he wants but I don't have to be a party to it. If the guy wasn't so ballsy as to advertise here at SBR, I never would have said a word.

And I think you'll find that the other forum doesn't look too kindly on having someone damage the business they've got going on there. Doesn't look so hot when people find out they've been paying good money for a "hot capper" when that "hot capper" merely knows how to read and type something that a client can find out on their own with 30 seconds of browsing.

If you copy or closly imitate someone's idea's, thoughts or the literal text and play it off as your own it's plagiarism. This however has nothing to whether or not it's copyrighted.

It isn't stealing in the legal way of saying. You can use the word stealing however, just not in court .

Anyway let's just boycot this guy, it's the only thing we can do.
