No one is "hiding info".

Many sportsbooks are rated by SBR. Ratings are weighted against many variables, and it's not a perfect science. Ratings change all the time for different reasons. SBR can't personally meet each sportsbook manager prior to assessing a rating.

We know Parlaymakers was managed by Max, there's no last name and as a heads up, everybody uses fake names in this industry.

Max agreed to place the SBR Complaint Form on the Parlaymakers site, but he became unreliable and hard to reach in time. SBR spoke to him on the same phone numbers you all did, there's no hidden goods in this case... if we can identify Max or where the money went, we'll make every effort to speak with him and get him in touch with players.

How about a follow up with the Panamanian authorities to find out about GP? Surely you can find out if they are under investigation, have legal problems with the US gov, or just plain stole funds and left town.

I agree. I'm sure he took a loss over all, possibly even a big one given how foolish he was in understanding the holes in his website and what he was up against. That said, the way he never admitted failure and skulked away rather than apologizing for getting over-extended and going to work to make good on his obligations is extremely disappointing. I'll admit I thought there was a little more to him than that.

Maybe PM was OK and holding their own but got dragged down in GP investigation. Obviously the two were connected and when GP went down (supposedly because of the US gov) they shut down both operations. We can only hope now that the US gov angle is true and the US gov has frozen funds which it is possible (although remorely) that when legal matters are settled funds will be returned.

I am slowly working on the rollover. I'd say I've only done about 3X worth out of the 10, and am up slightly which is just the way I'd like to keep it. I'd rather not take the risk of building up a huge balance and possibly not getting anything at all.

I will give a full report if/when I do get a payout from this, although at the pace I'm going it might not be until the summer.

The other thing you have to realize is that some (maybe most) of the guys involved with offshore gambling use fake made-up names when dealing with the public ... not saying that's the case with this "James Sinclair", but it very well could be.

That's a great analogy. I took the offer and I should be appreciative.
