    BetOnline is one in my opinion. I'm not saying they're as good of a book as 5Dimes, but they'll do same day ** (and I think **) payouts.

    That is true sir, youwager does pay promptly. However they put a 30 day hold on your funds too, wihich does slow down matters at times.
