New payout problems with BetOnline - Now they changed rollover requirements

My problem with this book starts here:

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbook...t-problem.html

I had paid in $2.500 6 month ago and betonline gave me a 45% freeplay bonus.

I placed a lot of bets there and after 4 month my balance was $12.500.

I used their live-chat and asked them how much of their rollover requirements I have met.

They told me there is a total rollover requirement of roundabout $60.000 for me and I still have met $49.000, so thereīs $11.000 left to rollover.

I fulfil this requirement more that in full in the last two month.

So I asked betonline again for a withdrawal via live-chat.

The guy told me that one of their upper managers, a Mr. George Walker has deceided, that I have to rollover another $13.000 to meet the rollover requirements.

He told me betonline now has change their rollover requirements. Only odds above +100 counts as a rollover.

Quote: And it's now new, this is the standard rollover being utilized in the industry. I apologize for the information not being given to you properly

2 month ago they told me everything above -200 counts as rollover.

    WTF

They seem to be giving the larger withdraw requests problems these days. Changing rules and methods alot lately! Even the smaller players are being charged higher withdrarwal fees to take money out, to discourage withdrawals. They had always paid me as promised, but I am a smaller player. I will not reload with them again until these complaints get resolved and they lower the fees.

Fill out the complaint form and I'm sure someone here will help!

How about a downgrade if these accusations are correct! Too many complaints lately!

They can't change the rollover rules after you deposit. Whatever it was 6 months ago, that is what applies to your account.

Write us and we'll step in.

Come on SBR. Everyone can see this ain't no A grade book. Even if they have all the money in the world. And even compared to CRIS and their really poor CS. This is much worse.

Justin is 100% correct on this matter sir. There is no excuse to change the rules after they were established upfront. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf.

    Moonbeam,

Can you send an email with your account ID and a brief time line of what you described? Also, if you have the live chat, please send that as well

Make sure you dont make one more bet. Let SBR handle this.

This is very BetOnSports-esque. Dont you think?

I agree with everything that has been said about changing rules in mid-stream. They can't do it.

So that aside, this has me scratching my melon:

Is that really their current rule? That would be mind-bogglingly idiotic. That can't possibly be right, can it?

Please update us (either Moonbeam or an SBR rep.) on what's going on. I have a feeling BO is not making the kind of profits they expect, so they're making withdrawals more expensive and changing rollover requirements on people.

    MoonBeam,
Got your email this AM. Expect to speak with mgr. tomorrow AM.

I read your chat. The clerk doesn't say anything about changing or adding to the requirements. "Bryant" is saying that the previous rollover figure that you state was quoted was incorrect and may or may not take into account a 2nd free-play you received redeeming points.

We will find out what the terms were then and now and may even be able to access archived TOS. Maybe the chat log would help describe the situation better for the forum.

    thanks a lot so far.

the $100 freeplay from their loyality points is another thing, I know I have to rollover this 5 times, thatīs ok because this is stated on their website

Ah. I'm getting a vibe that the view of the dispute we have been presented with may be just a bit biased.

I would still like to know if this truly is BOL's current policy because I have a hard time believing it:

He told me betonline now has change their rollover requirements. Only odds above +100 counts as a rollover.

Maybe its a bit confusing. They told me they now counts the rollover the same way as their loyality points. Only odds above +100 counts as full rollover, on lower odds the lesser amount. (the possible winning)

I was just checking out there bonus rules on both plans they offer. In fact below are what the BetOnline rules state on bonus structures.

This is for the 45% bonus

    Code:
The following chart details bonuses depending on your deposit:
    DEPOSIT FREE PLAY BONUS ROLLOVER
      $100.00 - $299.00 10% 3 X RO
      $300.00 - $499.00 15% 4 X RO
      $500.00 - $999.00 25% 6 X RO
      $1000.00 - $1999.00 35% 7 X RO
      $2000.00 + 45% 8 X RO
Here is the low vig package bonus rules.

    Code:
    BONUS RULES

    1. All deposits, bonuses and fees must be rolled over at least 5 times before requesting a payout.

    2. To recieve the 10% Cash bonus for the initial deposit, the request must be made within 48hrs of said deposit.

    3. BetOnline.com reserves the right to revoke all bonuses and earnings that result from the use of already-won bonuses before the promo restrictions have been honored.

    4. BetOnline.com reserves the right to deny or cancel bonuses to players whose wagering record indicates they are making “Wise Guy” or “Steam” moves. Betonline.com reserves the right to cancel bonuses and/or funds won with said bonuses if management determines a player to be Non-recreational or part of a syndicate. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Decisions to cancel “wise guy” action are entirely up to the discretion of BetOnline.com, with no exceptions.

    5. Due to security reasons, BetOnline.com does not award bonuses to customers outside of the United States and Canada.

I didn't sign up with them so far because of clause 5. Not because I'm particularly worried about the bonus (would have gone low juice), but because it indicates a negative policy towards non-US customers, which I've had a couple of bad experiences with in the past.

BOL broke there own rule #5 at first, otherwise Moonbeam wouldn't have received a bonus in the first place.

ok, this is how this dispute ends:

    Hello Chirstof,

There is no record that BOL can offer of any different rollover and there isn’t a record of a change in rollover. It would seems the chat clerk poorly communicated with you on the previous terms and calculations.

    Best,
    Bill

    hello bill,

Iīm not surprised BOL īsay there isnīt a record of the previous chat.

What do you think about the fact that BOL isnīt able to state their rollover requirements on their website nowadays?

    I think this is poor.

    best
    chris

I'm saying are they telling you the rollover is different from what's posted on the site? (which i believe has changed recently)

They are also ****ing around with a friend of mine, who was told they still had 7/1 payouts on 3 team parlays when he signed up. And now that he's deposited they don't.

They once told me that their rollover is the risk amount.

Now they are telling me the rollover is only the "to win" amount (on odds lesser than +100).

    WTF?

Bestline was Bestline, Betonline is Betonline.

The reason for this is because Ownership changed a little over a year ago.
So the two sites became One.

    [QUOTE=Bill Dozer;944235]Moonbeam,
wire should have also been an option and you should be charged the amount for the Neteller withdrawal. We are told the Neteller as a withrawal option should be coming off the website soon. Let us know or CC us if there is any confusion with the clerk about the fees and we will forward to mgt.[/QUOTE
