Is moneybookers legit for US players?

It looks a lot like paypal. However paypal is not accepted anywhere. I'm trying to process a payout with BetJamaica and not have to eat a payout fee. Moneybookers is one of my options.

Also, how can I get money out of moneybookers after it is transfered there from a sportsbook? Do I need to link a bank account to it or may I request a check from moneybookers?

Finally, can I deposit at most sportsbooks using moneybookers? Ideally I'd like to recycle my money through multiple sports books and take advantage of deposit bonus's and not have to eat payout fees

I'm just trying to take money out of a sports book. Will I be able to take it out and then have it sent to me in the US?

They'll let you create an account, but they won't let you fund it.
