    BWIN Withdrawal Problem

Hey, This is my first thread and i'll try to keep it short. I opened a poker account a good while back on bwin but never deposited on it as I usually play on Full Tilt. So anyway last Thursday week I played a freeroll on it (FSOP series) I managed to win it and the $2500 for first place. I payed a small bit of cash games after that but then decided to just withdraw the lot (1654 euros). So I requested the withdrawal via bank transfer and got an email requesting my ID which I sent to them. I got a reply the next morning:

    "Dear Mr xxxxxx,

The copy of the government issued ID you provided has been approved.

Please do not reply to this e-mail address. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team via the contact page.
    Kind regards"

So they approve my ID and then I try to log into my account and its disabled. I got the email saying: "We regret to imform you that your account has been closed as a result of incorrect details being entered upon registration"
So my question is why was my ID approved and then my account disabled?? Any help would be appreciated.
    G.

As said. bWin will sort it out. Get their CS and explain the situation. This is reputable book and no worries on scam/steal. f.e. Look at the Football teams they support.

this is how they 'support' such big football teams...stealing from customers! Do not be fooled by the clubs they sponsor, fast limits and shitty book here!
