I really really want to love your book but here is a list of things that I wish you guys would stop doing.

1. I don't need an e-mail telling me what event is going to tip off tonight. These get really old and are not even read, they just clutter my mailbox. Also... when they are sent from numerous different e-mails "Dave Mason" "JR Maxwell" just the two this week it is very hard for me to filter.

2. Please be specific regarding certain bonus T&C's. The better bonus guarantee for example... if I had known that this was a "Once in a lifetime" bonus I would have made my deposits differently. I was simply told the terms were valid for the promotional period (which ended at the superbowl)

3. PLEASE do not send e-mail after e-mail about a 45% bonus special. This is the same bonus that anyone can get and it does not make me feel any better than any other member.

A lot of things have been done that I do like but without any great reload promo's (45% FP is nice but when Legends and other books offer 40% cash its not comparable). I love the customer service reps even if I have had a few bad experiences, they understand and you don't have to wait forever to speak to someone. I do like the fact that betting options have gradually expanded. I also like the limits. I just really wish the spam would cut down and focus on what really differentiated your brand for quite some time... the perks. Getting a bottle or a random freeplay shows loyalty to customers and in return makes me want to come back for more. Getting e-mails spouting the same stuff in a standard form e-mail with my name replaced... makes me feel like going somewhere else.

Just my 2 cents... Also I won't single out BetOnline. I don't and wont play at bookmaker due to excessive spam.

Just stick with **/**. I use *** and its really not as convenient as it used to be. Sometimes you can't process ** transactions until after 7pm. Sometimes you are charged in Euro currency which means an extra fee on your ** for an international transaction (sometimes). Sometimes you are even charged as a cash advance. *** let's you deposit up to 500$ at a time via ** unless you have been a member for quite sometime then limits can get into the 4 figures. Just remember... BetOnline only lets you withdraw 500 a week by this method!

If Alex did read the above I do want him to know that I by no means hate BetOnline it's just every so often I feel you guys are really going to be the next A+ book and then the loyalty points disappear (which your facebook page still promotes assuming they are the same.. judging from the redemption prices it looks as if they are) or software crashes or I just read negative posts about having to use mobile.betonline.com to navigate and place wagers. I personally never cared about the betpoints (stupid of me I know). I never encountered any major site glitch and have never had to resort to mobile.betonline.com. I just remember when playing at the new BetOnline was feeling like we were treated as more than just customers and BetOnline was more than just an average book. If you take away loyalty programs at least throw something to people that have played at your book for a while... perhaps a progressive deposit bonus.. Even EasyStreetSports offers free **/** withdrawls once a week... The market is competitive and every month when I make my deposits (yes I am a losing player) I go through the bonuses and offers and pluses and minuses but when I come to BetOnline the only plus for me is *** and some wider betting options than some other sites. I will continue to use BetOnline but for me the above means the difference between a 200.00 deposit and a 600.00 deposit.

I don't think they're fake names. JR Maxwell is the VP of player services. He sent me a 2011 desktop calendar, and the accompanying note was signed by what I believe to be everybody working at BOL, including David Mason.

We're here to listen, and try to respond, when our players feel they've been treated unfairly by the often difficult and gut-wrenching changes we've had to make to our incentive programs. Our new owners have supported always trying to do the right thing--if you were around a couple of years ago you'll know that's a significant change.

But look at our soccer now (full leagues, high limits, great prices!). and hockey (even AHL), and ALL college totals. and 10k limits on NBA. And dimelines out to 200 come MLB. And while we have more than most deposit options already (and waaaaay more than 18 months ago), you ain't seen nothing yet.

The big A books we admire, they're there. We're punching above our weight to be an A book, to be in Fishheads top FIVE, and that reach might throw us off balance occasionally. Makes for an interesting ride for sure. But we're damned determined and we all share the same goal.

In the meantime, we'll continue to pay. and play fair. and take care of our players.

Guys, Alex has always been very responsive and helpful. The mobile site was an excellent effort on their part, simple and effective. They are far from perfect, but I always feel they TRY to make it fair.

Thanks for the reply. I by no means am knocking Alex or BetOnline and no book has ever been perfect in all areas to me. I was just venting a few things I wish they would change because I truly mean it when I say I would love to love BetOnline and only a few things prevent that from happening. Alex has been great, Customer Service staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I feel comfortable when I make deposits there.. however mix up the promo's and offer something like a progressive bonus or something for existing members and BetOnline will probably never hear a peep from me ever again. Oh.. increase the *** withdrawl amount as well

I will say that it is always nice to be able to speak out and be heard by people who can make things happen at a sportsbook. I can just imagine if I posted something similar to 5dimes.. Tony would probably threaten my life.

Tell you what, I'll do a special deal for SBR player who use ***: deposit using *** and since our payout is low there, I'll give you a FREE payout on any other method twice a month (limited as per that channel). I have to give Alex big kudos. I was a victim of the points program - I had almost 200,000 points. I can't say that the whole loyatyl points cancellation process was handled in the best way, and I was initially a bit upset. Without any prompting, Alex contacted me, wanting to make it right. He gave me a nice bonus that more than made up for the points that I lost. BOL has gone out of their way to make things right and has provided a very good playing experience - no customer service hassles or having to beg and negotiate for things that you should not have to. I have been around the block with some of the other "highly rated" books on here, and I can honestly say that, they are good, but they do not give me the same level of individualized and responsive service that I have received here. I don't expect everything to be perfect, but Alex went way out of his way to make things right.

I was a higher limit player with BetOnline a few years ago. My biggest problem and I must say I have not checked back at BetOnline was the horrible withdrawal limits. As a large player I could go on a stretch in a given week and maybe pickup $30K or $50K. I am by no means a sharp but I had my good months and my bad. The problem I had with staying betting at BetOnline was if I won $50K in a week and wanted $50K I had to do it as multiple $9,000 wire withdrawals. Any other method and it would have taken 20+ weeks to get those winnings.

If I make those same wagers and have the same winnings at Bookmaker or Pinnacle, I can request a single $50,000 wire the next day. At Bet Online it would take me 6 weeks because of the $9,000 weekly wire limit.

Otherwise I loved all the features at BetOnline like larger parlays, open spots, and so on and would be back but I just need a better withdrawal method for larger payouts.

Just discovered the closure of the points program (after reading this thread) - I had a load of points ready to be converted, was away for a while, didnt see the bulletin and there we go, all points gone. Less than happy with this, fairly obvious that people would wish to convert if they had known about the closure so why not convert automatically?

Any particular reason why the max for a Moneybookers withdrawal is $2k, with a max of $5k allowed in a week? Given that it's $30 fee each time, having to split it adds up. Other than that, no complaints here. Good CS, nice bonuses, etc
